Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Orders under $20 are subject to a flat shipping fee, displayed at checkout
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking information
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email.
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Delays
While we strive to deliver orders on time, MillionCaps is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect address
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or stolen packages
MillionCaps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at millioncaps.store@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.
Damaged items during shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
